I was blown away by the location of this amazing apartment in the heart of the city. The communication with the hosts was super helpful, and they even organized a perfect airport taxi for us. The size and view from the apartment were jaw-dropping, with large windows overlooking the basilica. The apartment was well-equipped with all the comforts, including a coffee machine. The welcome pack with maps and information was a nice touch. There was nothing I could think of that could improve our stay. The owner was incredibly patient and kind. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was huge with all the amenities we needed. The shared kitchen area was also great, with a fridge and a coffee machine. The level of cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was professional. The modern design and furniture in the apartment were impressive. The spaciousness of the apartment was a pleasant surprise. The small fridge and the extra lotions, hair mask, and sewing kit provided were nice additions. our stay here was mind-blowing, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Poland.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and beautiful artwork gave a cozy and nostalgic feel, which reminded me of my younger days. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and clean. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility with wide corridors and handrails in place. It made my stay comfortable and worry-free.
I would have loved if the hotel had an elevator. Climbing stairs can be a challenge for senior people like myself.

The apartment was best base for sightseeing in Krakow, appreciated it. The location was amazing and fantastic, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Cloth Hall. What's more, I was short walk to central square and the center of the Old town.

Great access to the city center, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. the apartments are well designed, warm, and fully equipped. the bed was excellent, and the room was surprisingly quiet considering its central location. the automated key system made it easy to access all areas of the building.
The lack of an elevator was a major downside, especially since the property was located on the fifth floor. Climbing over 100 steps every day was exhausting and made it difficult to bring luggage up and down.

Conveniently located near popular tourist spots, making it easy to explore the city. The communication with the staff was great- they were responsive and accommodating. The option to leave my luggage after check-out was a big bonus and allowed me to make the most of my last day. The selection of coffee and tea provided in the room was a nice touch.
The room was on the fifth floor without an elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases up multiple flights of stairs was a challenge. The room itself was small, and the glass walls of the bathroom were a bit too close to the bed for comfort.

I stayed at Novumhouse for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, close to the railway station and right in the heart of the city. The apartment itself was clean and well-designed with a small kitchen area. The bed was comfortable and there was both heat and air conditioning. Despite being in the city center, the room was incredibly quiet. Additionally, there were plenty of options for food and drinks nearby, and many popular sights were within walking distance. The automated key system was convenient and worked flawlessly. I highly recommend these rooms!
Totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel's decoration was beautifully done, with a charming mix of traditional and modern elements. The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The location in the heart of Krakow's old town made it convenient to explore the city's attractions, and the nearby train station was just a short walk away.
I would have preferred if there were more staff members available to assist senior guests with their needs.

The general areas were beautifully maintained and had a pleasant ambiance, making it a perfect place for senior people like me to relax and enjoy. Additionally, I really appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, as it had easy access to the main areas and was well-equipped to accommodate any mobility needs.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could be a little more attentive and helpful. It would have been nice to receive some extra assistance or guidance during my stay, especially when it came to navigating the hotel and exploring the surrounding areas.
